Dr. Bill’s BBQ Sauce




2 cups drk brown sugar (or less if using more Dr Bill’s Syrup)
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
8-10 Tbsp Dr. Bill’s Syrup
1/4 cup Worcester sauce
2 Tbsp of your favorite Cajun seasoning (i.e. Adrenaline, Tony’s or SlapYa’Mama)
2 Tbsp beer (drink the rest)
1 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium, if you have)
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1+ tsp cayenne pepper 
1 tsp black or white pepper


1. In large saucepan stir all ingredients.

2. Bring to boil.

3. Reduce heat and very low simmer 1 hour.  Stir occasionally. 

Serving: Makes 3 cups.
